The Good Measure Meals menu is designed with strict adherence to the dietary guidelines of the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association and the American Dietetic Association.  The preparation of the meals is regularly monitored by our staff of registered dietitians to ensure that nutrition guidelines are met.  However, we know that no matter how nutritious our meals are, unless the food tastes good, no one will be motivated to try our plan or stay with it.  Our chefs and RD's spend a great deal of time designing a menu that incorporates a tsaty selection of fresh lean meats, fish, seafood, salads, sandwiches, whole grain pastas, seasonal vegetables and fruits and hearty breakfast foods.  The menu is on a 5-week cycle to ensure a wide variety.
