Is it really necessary to have a personal trainer?

Studies have shown that people have a far greater chance of meeting their fitness goals when helped by a personal trainer. There are a number of theories on why, but we believe that making the training a fun experience that our clients look forward to is a major reason for success.


Will I need to change my diet to reach my goals?

Most of our clients end up changing something about their diets. Often times they aren't eating enough, are eating the wrong types of food or perhaps are eating at the wrong times of day. Diet definitely matters!


Isn't personal training expensive?

Fitness is a large part of preventative medicine, and good health is much less expensive than the alternative, ALWAYS! We structure our programs to be affordable, and are flexible with our clients' payment options. Most of our clients agree that the return on their investment, though not measured monetarily, is far better than other recreational activities.


Will I always need an appointment to work out?

At Envision, we realize that sometimes our regular clients have irregular schedules. That's why we've provided 24-hour access. Of course, all personal fitness training and initial complimentary evaluations are scheduled in advance so we can optimize the individual attention that is given.


How will I feel comfortable working out with a bunch of body builders?

Few of our clients are body builders in the traditional sense and most of them are probably remarkably like you, in that they have decided to do something about improving their fitness. After the first few sessions, most of our clients look forward to their workouts!
